We are Mom easy company we are located Kariakoo Congo street we requires the service of qualified young person to fill up the position of administration Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
QUALIFICATION
Requirements And Qualification
1.Bachelor Degree from University of Dodoma (UDOM)
2.Organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
3.Ability to priorities own workload.
4.Candidate must have excellent health and speaking both English and Swahili language
SALARY
