Job Summary
i. Responsible for outbound and inbound sales calls
ii. Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
iii. Cooperate and mobile team members to achieve the set team sales target
iv. Implement the company’s policies
v. Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
Description of minimum knowledge, skill,competency and experience needed
i. At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
ii. Proficiency in computer applications.
iii. Good problem analysis and solving skills
iv. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
v. Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
vi. Good listening skills
