Title: Head of International Fundraising Specialists
We are recruiting for a high calibre Head of International Fundraising Specialists, and an Individual Giving expert, to drive change and growth across multiple national fundraising teams.
Save the Children is ambitious to reach more of the world’s vulnerable children and the driver to income growth across the movement is Individual Giving.

In this role you will lead a team of specialists sitting within our Global Fundraising Hub, focusing on F2F, DRTV, Legacy, and Donor Development, and work collaboratively with our members who have greatest potential to grow and improve their individual giving programmes and results; as well as upskilling all teams to implement proven best practices.

You’ll bring proven experience at the international level and a demonstrable record of accomplishment in growing both donor volumes and donor value, experience as a team manager / leader and the evidenced ability to create a culture of high performance.
In terms of location, we offer the flexibility for you to be based in the UK or in any other existing Save the Children Fundraising location. We also offer flexible working practices.
