Job Summary
We seek to hire a qualified candidate for the position of an Assistant Office Manager

  • Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description
  1. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  2. Provide general support to visitors, Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  3. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  4. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  5. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning embroiderer; following up on work results.
  6. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  7. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
