Role
The
role of the Warehouse Supervisor is to oversee the logistics function
and supervise the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch
of goods to meet targets.
Main Duties
Be responsible for all logistics roles i.e. warehousing, inventory and Customer Order Desk.
Ensure that stock items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse
Supervise the packing and unpacking of items to be stocked in the warehouse
Ensure stock items are received, counted and data is entered into the system.
To adhere to EHS standards.
Essential Prerequisites
- Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management
- Relevant work experience in Tanzania mining industry
- 5 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse management
