with training, consultancy, court broker, debt collection and auctioneer
services. The company is currently operating in Tanzania with head offices in

POSITION: COLLECTION MANAGER (1
Post): URGENTLY NEEDED
Work station basing in Dar Es Es
Salaam and reporting to the Managing Director; an ideal candidate must possess
at least Diploma in either of the following; Business Administration,
Marketing, Public Relations, or Law. Other credentials include; computer
literacy, fluency in both English and Swahili languages, understanding of debt
collection strategies and having high level of persuasion skills, must have
track record of not less than a year/ relevant experience in debt collection
will be given first priority.
Collection Manager is responsible
for; -
(i) Manning the debt collection unit
(ii) Developing products for the unit
(iii) Perform
sales and marketing activities related to the unit
(iv) Initiate business relationship with Clients
(v) Initiate,
plan and implement field visits
(vi) Innovate various marketing visibilities related
to unit’s products
(vii) Prepare and dispatch legal documents to Clients
and make necessary followups
(viii) Initiate loan repayment commitments with
Clients’ Debtors and make necessary follow-ups
(ix) Engage into auctioneering as per given legal
procedures
(x) Supervise other staff/support staff under your
jurisdiction
(xi) Perform market intelligence survey
(xii) Advise the MD on matters related to unit’s
business improvement
(xiii) Initiate
development of proposals and disseminate the same to potential Clients and make
necessary presentations if need be
(xiv) Prepare a performance report for Clients and the
unit on weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis
(xv) Conduct Customer satisfaction survey
(xvi) Ensure various legal compliances are adhhrd
(xvii) Be able to represent the Company as instructed
(xviii) Be able to travel up country whenever need be
for official assignments
(xix) Advise on strategies for other income generating
activities (IGAs)
(xx) Maintain adequate relationship with Clients and
all Stakeholders
(xxi) Perform any other duties as may be assigned by
your Supervisor
POSITION: RECOVERY OFFICERS (5 - Dar Es Salaam, 1- Mbeya, 1 -Dodoma, 1 - Bukoba,
1 -Mwanza, 1- Morogoro and 1 in Arusha): URGENTLY NEEDED
Reporting to the Collection Manager; an ideal candidate must
possess at least Diploma in any field. Other credentials include; computer
literacy, fluency in both English and Swahili languages, understanding of debt

Recovery Officer is responsible for; -
(i) Manning debt collection at the Centre
(ii) Perform sales and marketing activities related
to the unit
(iii) Initiate business relationship with Clients

and make necessary followups
