CORE JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing and Sales Executive directs the company towards customer acquisitions,
customer retention, brand building, and drive high business profit. S/He must ensure that our products and services are well communicated to all prospects and ensure necessary follow-up from prospecting to closing a business.
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Planning and organizing marketing strategies of how we will reach customers and retain existing customers
- Prepare a budget to meet sales and marketing activities
- Recruit new customers that will buy and use company services
- Generate and write communication contents materials for tenders, advertisement, promotions, training, proposals, etc, to engage both existing customers and new customers
- Engage regularly with top management and directors for business development
- Ongoing market research and assessment
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree Marketing, or any Businesses courses.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership
stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills not limited to writing, presenting, and engaging
with different audience
• Fluent in both English and Swahili
• Good experience on corporate ethics and government ethics
• Wide knowledge in different software applications, both mobile, and web
applications
• Excellent sales skills
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA in marketing, finance, or international business.
• Experience in the enterprise sales process across segments and geographies
• Experience in working with different software systems to accomplish most operational tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in building a team and operational structures to maximize
organization efficiency
