Position: Business Development Manager - Boomplay

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for digital ad sales, meet and strive to exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, ad agencies, major partners in order to drive sales growth, and explore innovative channel business models to build long-term channel advantages.
- Follow and identify key industry trends and make corresponding adjustments to advertising development strategies.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous experience in ad agency, DSP or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus;
- Ability to work independently and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast paced work environment.
- Worked in companies like Opera and/ Eskimi will be an added advantage.
