We are a registered Childcare based at NHC Mwongozo Estate , Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.
We are currently seeking a Headmistress for our beautiful childcare.
Below are the requirements:
Academic Qualifications
- A Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education.
- A masters in Business Administration, Finance, Early Childhood Education or Education will be an added advantage.
Desired Character and Skills
- God fearing.
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication skills in both Swahili and English.
- Passionate on teaching.
- Creative.
- Good Emotional Intelligence
Experience
At least 2 years of working experience at a Childcare or Nurserly school.
Responsibilities
Managing day to day running of the Childcare and Teaching.
Reporting
Reporting to School Directors.
