We’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Officer who will ensure organisational effectiveness through the maintenance and sustainability of operational systems and effective reporting to relevant stakeholders.

As an Operations Officer you will be responsible for:
Analysis and Reporting
- Ensure operational reporting analysis, when required
- Generate and analyse reports to identify exceptions
Operational Systems
- Monitor systems implementation and usage and identifying exceptions and escalate appropriately
- Collaborate with systems users and developers to ensure problems are resolved
Call Cycle Administration
- Distribute and clarify optimised routes to Operations
- Extract and distribute movement reports from C-Track system
What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should
- Minimum Qualifications: Graduate / PG / Certification (Systems, MIS or BI tool)
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a Business Support / analytical environment preferably within
- FMCG
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Attention to detail
- Results orientated
- Commitment to excellence
