MARKETING OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

1. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for product & services on multiple media channels.

LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST JOB DESCRPTION. 

1. Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue, Urine, stools, sputum, sperms etc.) 
2. Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings.
3. Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods. 
4. Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions. 
5. Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility. 
6. Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies. 
7. Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment. 
8. Conducting and supporting scientific investigations and experiments. 
9. Planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and trials.
10. Recording, analyzing and interpreting data. 
11. Collecting, preparing and/or testing samples. 
12. Maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility of the equipment. 
13. Providing technical support. 
14.  Writing reports, reviews and summaries. 
15.  Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPRIENCE

1. A minimum of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, or related field from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional, relevant work experience. 
3. Be certified as a Laboratory Technologist
4. Have skills of analyzing samples using various techniques
5.  Have a proven ability to work in a team under minimal supervision. 
6. Technical proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
