Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, Preparing and filling reports
- Organizing, servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes
- Prioritizing workloads
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Coordinating mail shorts and similar publicity task
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist and meeting and greeting clients
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Secretarial courses
- Certificate in Computer Course
- 2 years experience in related field (front office)
- Fluent in English Language
