POSITION: COOK (1 POST).
REPORTING TO: HEAD CHEF.
Duties & Responsibilities.
1. Prepare, cook, and present high quality dishes.
2. Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all
food products.
3. Maintain food safety and sanitation standard.
4. Opening, closing procedure of the kitchen & operate kitchen
equipment.
5. Follow recipes including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
6. Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working area and be able to maintain
personal Hygiene
Education and Qualification.
• You should ideally have at least certificate or diploma in Food and
Beverage from recognized college.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Be able to work in a standing position and handle extreme heat.
• Knowledge of standard procedures and policies pertaining to food
preparation, storage, and sanitation.
• Awareness of menu items, their recipes, methods of production and
presentation standards.
• At least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-established restaurant
or hotel.
• Ability to work under pressure
