Position: Sales representative –
Flit Company LTD
Role Summary: Join our
dynamic sales team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales across
various outlets. This role involves the promotion and selling of products,
including regular loading and offloading of sales trucks, and requires
effective use of our Flit ecommerce app to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow the daily call
schedule to visit outlets, professionally attired and on time.
·
Load and offload
products from sales trucks at each outlet as part of inventory management.
·
Utilize the Flit
ecommerce app for efficient tracking and processing of sales activities.
·
Build rapport with
customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
·
Conduct stock
assessments, suggest orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
·
Process sales
transactions and complete all outlet visit-related administrative work via
mobile device.
·
Validate and confirm
order details with customers, addressing any concerns.
·
Gather data on sales
activities to aid in continuous performance improvement.
Daily Routine:
1.
Start the day by loading
the sales truck with products for delivery.
2.
Use the Flit ecommerce
app to check into outlets and manage sales visits.
3.
Engage with customers to
understand their feedback and enhance service delivery.
4.
Identify sales
opportunities, recommend restocking orders, and handle sales objections.
5.
Finalize sales, capture
orders on the mobile device, and address non-order situations.
6.
Offload the necessary
products at each outlet and ensure they are appropriately stocked.
7.
Thank customers, provide
information on the next visit, and offload any returns or empties.
8.
Review the day’s
outcomes to optimize future sales strategies.
Performance Metrics:

Qualifications:
·
Diploma or Bachelor’s
Degree with 1 years (min) sales experience
·
Operational excellence
with a digital toolset
·
Excellent customer
engagement abilities
