Position: Accountant officer 

 Job Description:

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements on time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

3: Qualification & Experience required:

Must have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance.

Must have at least two years work experience in area like financial reporting, auditing and budgeting.

Must be organized and strong attention to details.

Should have business Knowledge.

Should be residing from Mbagala area or nearby Mbagala area.


Position: Marketers 

Job Description:

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

3:Qualification & Experience Required:

Completed At least O-level Education

Must be residing From Mbagala Area or Nearby Mbagala Area


Position: Cashiers

Job Description

  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
  • Bag, box, or gift-wrap packages
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchange

3:Qualifications & Experience Require:

At lease one year experience in Taller/Cashier wok

Computer skills and strong Basic Mathematical skills

Customer service experience desirably

Attention to detail

Should be residing from Mbagala Area or Nearby Mbagala Area
