Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
- Age: 20-30 years.

- Diagnose and repair various mobile phone issues, including hardware and software problems, screen replacements, battery replacements, and water damage repairs.
- Handle advanced repairs such as motherboard troubleshooting and chip-level repairs.
- Ensure that all repairs meet the company’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are used safely and correctly.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, repair techniques, and industry trends.
