POSITION: RECEPTIONIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. The receptionist needs to deliver exceptional customer service assistance and provide an overall welcoming environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the correct person or office
- Performing basic filing and recordkeeping, and other administrative and clerical support tasks
- Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department
- Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- Managing reservations, meeting room bookings, and appointments
- Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Maintain and stock the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copy machine, and a computer
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the company. Managing people signing in and giving out security passes
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
The ideal candidate for this role should have
- Certificate in Secretary course or in Office Management and any related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Ability to use a computer /Microsoft package (word, basic excel knowledge),can use email
POSITION: Sales And Marketing Officers- Dar Es Salaam (10 Positions)
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Sales and marketing officer is responsible to sell the company’s products or services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To promote products and services, and demonstrate how to use them.
- Finding new costumers and educating them about the products or services
- To achieve monthly sales targets
- To maintain positive relationships with customers to increase their value.
- Preparing sales agreements and processing sales transactions
- Answering questions about products, providing information, and resolving customer complaints
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
The ideal candidate for this role should have
- Secondary School education at least Form Four
- Good communication skills
- Can work independently and as a team
POSITION: Sales Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Sales Executive is responsible to sell a company’s products and services to individuals to individuals and businesses for profit. A sales executive person is responsible in maintaining good relationships with businesses and setting sales goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and understanding their needs
- Finding new business and costumers
- Demonstrating and presenting products or services to costumers
- Negotiating sales deals, contracts, and packages with costumers
- Following up on any product or service issues for customers
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, orders, and customer’s information
- Reporting on sales performance monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Researching the market and products
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
- Adjusting sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business environments
- Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Stimulate sales activities to meet or exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
The ideal candidate for this role should have
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience of experience in Marketing, sales or related duties with at least 2 years in Managerial position .
- Experience in Solar Company is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
