We’re looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Secretary to support our startup fitness equipment business and inspire others to embrace healthy living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns.
- Create content for social media platforms, emails, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries from followers.
- Provide outstanding customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain and organize store inventory, product records, and order tracking.
- Assist customers by understanding their needs, recommending products, and finalizing sales.
- Support the team in sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in social media marketing and customer engagement.
- Skilled in tools like Excel, Canva, meta business suite and other digital platforms.
- A passion for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles.
- A proactive, multitasking individual eager to learn and grow.
