Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Officer with a strong background in the construction industry to drive our sales efforts and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs in the construction sector.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including builders, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client requirements.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the construction industry.
Proven track record in sales growth and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the construction market dynamics in Tanzania.
Familiarity with modern marketing tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
