Wealth Capital Fund Limited (WeCF), a premier private equity firm based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our growing team.

Established in 2022, WeCF is committed to driving economic growth and delivering superior returns through strategic investments in high-potential sectors such as student hostels, agriculture, healthcare, mining, energy, and oil & gas.

Investment Officer – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities.
  • Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives.
  • Prepare investment reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in investment management or corporate finance is an advantage.

 

Accountant – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting functions for investment funds.
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance reports.
  • Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Office Administrator – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Organize meetings, travel, and communications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in office administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Data Entry Officer – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage data in company systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data entry.


Development Manager – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.

 

Compliance Officer – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the firm’s adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement compliance procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in compliance within financial institutions or investment firms.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks.


Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, or investment.
  • Experience in strategic financial management and capital allocation.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
