Position: Learning and Development Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager to partner with our Supply Chain team in central London, and drive the delivery of the supply chain learning academy
We are currently undergoing a Supply Chain transformation, and as part of this transformation building a learning ‘academy’ and blended learning curriculum for the functions technical areas and globally staff dispersed (across 56 country offices).
In this role you will finalise the priority competencies, skills and knowledge we want to develop (using the capability assessment supported by Accenture Development Partnerships as the starting point), undertake a gap analysis between the target competencies/skills and existing learning offering, develop a curriculum of learning requirements (with learning pathways) in conjunction with the Supply Chain Leads; and work closely with our L&D team to ensure our LMS tracks and records learning and a coordinated approach to learning.

In order to be successful in this role you will bring:
Demonstrable experience of delivering learning and development capability within global, multicultural organisations – commercial or not for profit sector.
Significant experience in designing and delivering a range of learning interventions, including face to face and technology enabled learning
Strong project management skills, a structured approach, and the ability to deliver results to a tight timescale
Energy, commitment and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) in English, with experience in working in a multicultural setting.

Position: Source to Pay Data Gathering Specialist
We are currently recruiting for a Source to Pay Data Gathering Specialist to join us in our central London office/any existing Save the Children location, and support the systems transformation initiative for the global Procurement team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in Source to Pay systems to grow and develop in this area, gaining experience and skills in the challenging context in which we operate.
In this role you will work within the project team implementing SAP Ariba and be accountable for the management of procurement content across the organisation, including catalogues, guided buying content, the contract repository and supplier master data; and creating the ongoing support model for procurement content. You will ensure this content is primed for the Source to Pay system, and inform the project team of business requirements in regards to related procurement processes e.g. Guided Buying.

In order to be successful you’ll bring:
Knowledge of Sourcing and/or P2P systems.
Experience of Procurement System implementations
Experience and use of procurement information and data e.g. catalogues, supplier records, contracts, knowledge management platforms
A proven ability to work effectively with people from different cultures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Spoken or written French and/or Spanish is helpful

Position: International DRTV Manager (Maternity cover)
We are currently recruiting for an International DRTV Manager (12 month maternity cover) to join our Global Marketing Hub and provide strategic support and technical guidance to Save the Children Members running DRTV programmes globally.

In this role you will manage ongoing relationships with Members, identify gaps and opportunities in DRTV in each market, provide technical support and share best practice around all aspects of DRTV management, advise Members on the development of business plans or investment cases, develop and manage creative content that can be used globally, support with the setting of KPI’s and financial targets, provide assistance in media buying and supplier negotiation/management, and support the work towards marketing integration and cross-channel projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser to influence our approach to DRTV and help us to enable our strategy to reach the most marginalized and vulnerable children.

In order to be successful you will also bring/be:
Significant experience of delivering successful DRTV campaigns including experience in the not-for-profit sector with both agency and client experience desirable
Experience of contract negotiations and managing external suppliers, particularly creative, media and telemarketing agencies, and internal service providers such as data and digital
Solid direct marketing and project management skills in planning and executing integrated campaigns across a range of channels
A proven track record in delivering and maximising the income from direct marketing campaigns
The capacity to build and maintain excellent relations and to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-ethnic environment respecting diversity.
A proven ability to think critically, objectively, analytically, and strategically, solve problems quickly and show initiative
A self-starter using initiative to see opportunities to achieve objectives in this role
The willingness and ability to travel to support members directly or to relevant events as required (approx. 25% international travel)
Experience of working in a support role to a diverse range of fundraising markets desirable
