companies Act 2002 on 12th day of March the year 2018. The company is now engaged in a variety of business activities not limited to trade, manufacturing, agriculture and so on.
In order to enhance our efficiency the company seeking to hire a qualified and competent candidates for the following position below: 


JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (1 POST)
JOB LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM
COMPANY NAME: YOUNG INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Provides proposals and recommendations on necessary improvements on workflow;
  • Maintains comprehensive inventory of all office furniture, fittings, equipment and other assets is maintained;
  • Coordinates administration and related activities including secretarial, care taker, transport and office services;
  • Manages office mailing and records in most safe and efficient manner; and
  • Update internal databases of Young Investment Company Limited (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • First Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Public Administration or Business Administration from a recognized higher learning Institution. 
  • Must be Computer literate and fluent in English language With driving experience
  • General experience in related field will be an added advantage.

JOB TITLE: CASHIER (1 POST) 
GENDER:FEMALE
JOB LOCATION  : DAR ES SALAAM

Cashier Job Description  

  • We are looking for an efficient, courteous Cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. 
  • The Cashier will scan the customer’s selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. 
  • You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • To succeed as a Cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

Cashier Responsibilities:
  • Operating cash registers.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace.

Cashier Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or Cashier experience.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.

JOB TITLE:   ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (1 POSTS)
JOB LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM
COMPANY NAME: YOUNG INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate building and maintenance issues.
  • Organize social functions and social events.
  • Prepare correspondence documentation and presentation materials.
  • Maintain and monitor office equipment and inventory supplies, and order for supplies replacement.
  • Creating and updating records and database.
  • Updating office policies and procedures.
  • Schedule company calendar and updating as needed
  • Prepare expenses reports for office budget and expenditures.
  • Support other department staff and managers.
  • Prepare for travel arrangement for office staff and managers ( budget and expenses report) 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • First Degree in Public Administration or Business Administration from a recognized higher learning Institution. 
  • Must be Computer literate and fluent in English language. 
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Must have driving experience.
