Position: Project Manager
Due
to the award of a major contract in Dar es Salaam, G4S is seeking to
recruit a Project Manager to manage the provision of security services
on a large multi-site operation.
The
Project Manager must hold a technical school, National Diploma or
Associate degree and must have at least 10 years police, military, or
commercial security services experience with a minimum of five years of
that experience being at supervisory or management level. The candidate
must have held a valid driving license for at least five years and be
bi-lingual in Swahili and English. At least five of their ten years or
more total experience must have been gained within the East Africa
Region.
To
be considered for this position the candidate must have experience in
risk management and be an expert in all areas of physical security and
access control. They must be fully conversant with the operational
methods of all manned guarding, control room, patrol and response
services.
In
addition to a highly competitive salary, the post holder will be
eligible for a monthly KPI based bonus and will be entitled to a car
allowance and medical insurance.
