2. Program Description:
Pan African Youth Entrepreneur Development (PAYED IV) in Tanzania trained over 500 youth micro-business owners, managers, or employees of small and retail "Mom and Pops shops" to improve their entrepreneurship skills and introduced them to mobile savings through innovative, mobile-enabled training and learning platform. The training and coaching aimed to increase the adoption of these skills and support youth to maintain their pre COVID revenue.
