DESCRIPTION
The gaming inspector’s main responsibility is to oversee all the games played and ensure that all gaming operations are carried out to the highest possible standards of efficiency, security, and customer service under company procedures and current legislations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Observe and verifies that the rules of the table games are adhered to by casino employees and patrons and that players don’t cheat.
Observes and ensures that the table drop is appropriately done and drop boxes are transported safely to the count room.
Observe and ensures that the table games’ soft count is correctly accounted for.
Inspects table game equipment and reserves; approves use before being used on the casino gaming floor.
Documents patron complaints and disputes regarding the application of rules and operation of games not resolved by casino staff.
Circulating among gaming tables to observe operations and security to ensure harmony and courtesy.
Observing casino staff, in the operation of casino games to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service and correct procedures are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of a variety of table games, such as Blackjack, roulette, Texas Hold’em, Baccarat, U.TM, Stud poker, 3 Card poker, Niu Niu
Possession of acute, in-depth understanding of the game rules and the minimum and maximum bets according to table limit
Exchange money for chips collect chips for losing bets and direct winning patrons to the cashier at the end of the gaming session for payout.
Knowledge of the payment in pieces and monetary value if the bet is hit directly or partly
Able to perform conversion of cash to chips and the addition of the bets quickly and accurately.
Stellar math abilities

EXPERIENCE

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position: Casino Live Game – Pit Boss
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise and coordinate all activities within the designated Pit area, including table games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, Texas Hold’em and others.
Monitor the conduct of Dealers and Players to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to dealers as needed, including resolving disputes and handling customer inquiries or concerns.
Conduct regular inspections of gaming equipment and facilities to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
Manage table limits and game procedures to optimize revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Assist with training and development initiatives for new and existing staff members.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, pay-outs, and other relevant data.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and tournaments.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience of over 1 year as a Pit Boss or similar role in a casino environment.
Thorough understanding of casino games, rules, and procedures, with expertise in multiple table games.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position: Casino Cage Cashier
What does a Casino Cage Cashier do?
A Casino Cage Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions professionally and accurately and ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed correctly per the Casino’s regulations, this may involve counting and handling cash, processing payments, and issuing receipts. A casino cashier will also be expected to reconcile cash and credit card transactions as well as manage gaming chips and tokens. Other responsibilities may include verifying customer identification, managing customer accounts, and providing change.
GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Processing customer deposits and withdrawals
- Exchanging casino chips and tokens to cash
- Reconcile discrepancies and verify cash totals
- Complete end-of-shift reports
- Awareness of all relevant rules and regulations affecting casinos and the gaming industry as a whole, and being able to cite and explain them when necessary.

POSITION: Receptionist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Casino
- Providing basic company information
- Direct visitors
- Proficiency in computer use
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable,
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Any other duties as directed by your supervisor/Manager
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Certificate/Diploma/ degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Solid written and verbal communication skills
