POSITION: Lead, Strategic Sourcing
The role exists to support & service internal stakeholders & external suppliers on Procurement tools & processes, through creating requests on the Procurement platform and redirecting discipline-specific queries to the appropriate members ensuring queries are resolved within agreed SLA.
Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Degree and CPSP certification as an added advantage

Experience in client support, resolving queries for both internal and external stakeholders, with sound knowledge of the Procurement function and processes.

Experience in supporting stakeholders on procure-to-pay systems (Coupa). Knowledge of the end to end procurement process, with an understanding of the link between system and process.

POSITION: Advisor, Learning
The incumbent will be required to partner with relevant stakeholders in the Business Units to consult, support and solution Learning and Growth initiatives throughout the employee’s lifecycle. To interpret future learning and growth requirements and shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritizing and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented to address needs.
