Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company’s financial practices comply with all relevant laws and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a reputable accounting firm or other reputable company, firm, or organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Office Administrator/Receptionist to manage the day-to-day operations of our front office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. In addition to receptionist’s duties, the successful candidate will also support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and courteously, manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
- Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage inquiries efficiently. Ensure that all calls are routed to the appropriate team members.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments for lawyers and other staff members.

- Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto.
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or legal department.
- Proven experience in civil litigation or practice in mining, corporate, or business laws.
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to serve clients.
