Job Title: Accountant

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in accounting and financial management. This role requires a high level of expertise in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other reports as required.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns and handling tax audits when necessary.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Audit Support: Liaise with external auditors and ensure that all financial documents and records are accurate and readily available.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and present findings to management.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company’s financial practices comply with all relevant laws and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a reputable accounting firm or other reputable company, firm, or organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist

Location: Mwanza

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Office Administrator/Receptionist to manage the day-to-day operations of our front office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. In addition to receptionist’s duties, the successful candidate will also support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and courteously, manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
  • Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage inquiries efficiently. Ensure that all calls are routed to the appropriate team members.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments for lawyers and other staff members.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings, including arranging refreshments and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Mail & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other correspondence.

  • Registries: Assist clients with matters related to company and land registries, including filing and lodging documents, conducting searches, and making necessary follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • LL.B degree from a recognized university.
  • Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto.
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or legal department.
  • Proven experience in civil litigation or practice in mining, corporate, or business laws.
  • Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to serve clients.
