Those to work in the office at least should have college level of
education preferably in sales and marketing, microfinance, stocks
management, inventory records, accounting and communication skills among
others with prior *experience* in *sales* and *marketing* .
University education in the above fields will be an added
advantage.
Those to work in the field should at least possess high school
level of education with prior *experience* in *sales* and *marketing* .
