G4S Secure Solutions (Tanzania) Ltd is a leading security solutions and cash management company specializing in protection of assets in the financial, industrial, diplomatic, mining, oil and gas and commercial sectors.

G4S employs over 2,000 people on a full time basis and has branches in five (05) regions in Tanzania, namely Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, Mtwara and Mwanza. We also have a presence in Zanzibar.

Position: Vault Manager 

Due to the expansion of our cash solutions we are recruiting an experienced vault manager to be responsible for cash inflows and outflows in a busy cash processing centre. You will have current experience in this role in a bank cash processing centre, you must be highly numerate, computer literate and be willing to work shifts.

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to manage a team of tellers working within client premises and on mobile units. You must have previous experience in a teller position in a financial institution, be highly numerate, computer literate and be willing to work shifts.

Position: Compliance & Investigators Officer

We are seeking experienced investigators to join our Risk & Compliance Team. You will conduct pre-employment background screening, undertake compliance audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and investigate incidents. The ideal candidate will have previous investigations experience or a background in compliance. You will be articulate, detail driven, possess a driver’s license and be willing to work shifts, unsocial hours and travel to our branches throughout the country.
