This application is for an Inventory Coordinator at TML
Objectives of this Role
- Keeps up with all documentation and data input required for inventory management
- Management of stores and inventory on site
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
- Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
- Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs
- Ensures compliance with internal and external auditing, systems and polices
- Work with other functional groups within the organisation to ensure operational efficiency
- Ability to work in other areas of the organisation as needed
- Possibility of trips to field offices to conduct internal audits
- Should have an analytical mindset and very good attention to detail
- Understand database systems and be able to assist with designing and updating inventory management systems and procedures
- Conduct dispatch and receivals
