About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you will report to the Chief Finance Officer and manage a team of finance analysts and officers. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial
- Lead and mentor a team of finance analysts and officers, ensuring their professional development and
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning and
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records and
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or
- Experience in the FMCG industry or supply chain
- Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple
